Ablong: So much to change at Farmstead

There are still a lot of things needed to be changed at the City Farmstead in order for it to be effective in assisting the farmers. This was disclosed by the New City Agriculturist William Ablong who was interviewed over DYEM Energy FM Dumaguete Tonight.

Within his four days of assuming office as New City Agriculturist, Ablong said that during his visit at the city farmstead, he noticed that a lot of things need to be changed. He said that the building itself is already destroyed and the farm has no animals. Because of this, Ablong disclosed that he might ask for funding from the city in order to improve the city farmstead.

Aside from the facilities, there is also a need to train the employees of the City Agriculturist’s Office. He added that what is needed is a centralized training of the employees.
