Art Umbac to run for mayor?

Former Board Member Arturo Umbac clarified that he has not yet made up his mind on matters of his political plans. He has not yet decided whether he will run for the mayoralty race in 2010 in time for the Presidential and Local elections.

This was lamented by Umbac in lieu of some reports alleging his return to the mayoralty bid in 2010. However, Umbac disclosed that he is not sure is his decisions today would still be the same in 2010.

Earlier, some political personalities have already revealed their intentions to run for mayor like Councilor Chiquitting Sagarbarria. Also, Vice-Mayor Woodrow Maquiling allegedly plans to run for mayor in the coming election.

Arturo Umbac has once again expressed his dismay since the number of beggars here in the city has increased.
