This was leraned by DYEM Energy FM Dumaguete Tonight from Ayungon Mayor Erwin Agustino.

Earlier, Dumaguete Tonight received complaints regarding the alleged illegal cemetery operation. The cemetery allegedly operates without permit or license. In a follow up conducted by Dumaguete Tonight, Mayor Agustino confirmed that the operation of the cemetery has no permit. Due to this, the mayor disclosed that he has already created a task force which is assigned to investigate Lovel Chin, a Chinese national who owns the lot.

Mayor Agustino said the Catholic Cemetery is already fully occupied that is why Chin used his 1 hectare property which is located near the Catholic Cemetery.
