City dad wants auxiliary police approved

It is already high time for the barangay officials and watchmen to oversee the peace and order situation to the different barangays here in the city.

This was disclosed by Councilor Rotelio Lumjod regarding the murder of a young businessman here in the city the other night.

Councilor Lumjod said the police badly needs the assistance of local officials and barangay tanods especially that they are undermanned. Lumjod added that the time has come to pass the bill authored by Councilor Alan Gel Cordova that aims to create an auxiliary police in the city to promote peace and order here.
