Kabayan comes to NegOr

Vice-President Noli de Castro will be the guest of honor of the coming groundbreaking and launching of Northville and Bais Highlands. The two are the latest housing projects here in Negros Oriental.

Because of this, de Castro is expected to arrive here on August 6.

Northville will be located at Pitong-Gatang Road in Boloc-boloc, Sibulan town about two minutes drive from the airport and the city limit of Dumaguete. 200 units will be constructed for its first phase while a total of 600 units is expected for the whole phase. This is a low cost project with 4 models.

On the other hand, Bais Highlands will have 500 units of economic and socialized housing. This will be developed by Lotiff Property Development Corporation with its partnership with A Realty owned by Angelina Locsin.
