Police not yet ready for coming sports event

The police force here is not yet ready for the upcoming Philippine Olympic Festival Regional Qualifying Games this coming July 23 to 27. This was admitted by Dumaguete City Chief of Police Supt. Leopoldo Cabanag who was interviewed over DYEM Energy FM Dumaguete Tonight.

According to Supt. Cabanag, they were not yet called for a meeting in order to prepare the security plans for the up coming sports event that will take place here in the city and the eastern municipalities.

There are about 2000 athletes who are expected to arrive and participate in the said sports competition.
