Heard that only this few days another person (woman in partcular) was shot in close range out there in Dumaguete.

Hi shakatak,tnks for this update.Whilst dumaguete had recieved recognition of having the lowest crime rate in the region 7,but to locals where crimes is prevalent in the city with evidence costing lives ,this should be treated seriously by the local PNP and the authorities. No one out his own lunacy is free to shoot anybody ,but this is happening.No respect of life .Ok people here, why don't you visit the dumagueteinfo forum and share more of these infos to many people out there in state of denial until they become victims.I have done my part.
