Insurgency Cases Lessen
Insurgency problems in the province has already decreased compared to the past decades says new Commanding Officer of the 303rd Infantry Brigade, General Honorato delos Reyes.
Accord8ing to delos Reyes, there is still a continuing dialogue with individuals staying in the hinterlands as clearing operations are also progressing.
Gen. delos Reyes admitted that the problem will not be solved with bullets and force.
Meanwhile, the confidence building measures between the military and the recurring group to the government, Revolutionary Proletariat Army-Alex Bongcayao Brigade or RPA-ABB is in progress.
Gen. delos Reyes identified Boy Garapale as the leader of the group.
