Councilor to Pursue Dumaguete’s Hospital
City Councilor Tony Remollo cleared that he will continue to pursue his campaign promise to build a hospital here in Dumaguete City.
Councilor Tony Remollo disclosed in an interview at DYEM Energy FM Dumaguete Tonight that he will still build that promised hospital despite the fact that Mayor Agustin Perdices plans to build a lying-in clinic near the city hall.
According to Remollo, the lying-in clinic will only be intended for women who are to deliver babies and to those who do not have severe ailments that does not need admission in medical institutions.
Remollo said he plans to build the Dumaguete City Hospital at Talay and in act he has already consulted Councilor Noel de Jesus about his proposition.
It is not impossible to pursue his plans since there are a lot of ways to acquire funds for his project, said Remollo.
