Billiard Spectator stabbed
A man who was just observing a game of billiards was stabbed in his right belly and right leg at Sitio Lico-Lico, Bonawon, Siaton town.
The victim was identified as Rene Legarte, 31, married and a carpenter in the said area.
The suspect was also isdentified by the name of Cenon Madollo, 61 and farmer at barangay Casalaan, Siaton. Police investigation revealed that the victim was just silently watching a game of billiards when the suspect arrived and directly stabbed the victim in his right belly and right leg. The victim is now recuperating while the police authorities are going after the suspect who fled away after the crime.
On the other hand, a youngster who was walking on his way home was shot at barangay Hibaiyo, Guihulngan City last January 4.
The victim is Quismundo Ando, 19, single and a resident of the said place. According to police investigation, the victim was coming from a Videoke bar owned by a certain Alicia Revilla. While the victim was walking on his way home, some unknown suspects fired gunshots towards him which wounded his left shoulder. The victim was directly brought to the Gov William Villegas Memorial Hospital.
