Hit and run victim dies
A 57-year-old man passed away after he was hit by a tricycle who then escaped after the incident at National Highway, Barangay Pulantubig Dumaguete City.
The hit-and-run victim was identified as Clemer Badoy Fabillar who was a resident of Villa Amada
According to investigations, the victim crossed the street but was bumped by a tricycle. The tricycle driver then fled away after the incident. A resident in the area, who is also a tricycle driver, where the incident happened ame to te resue of the victim nd broughthim directly to the Negros Oriental Provincial Hospital. However, the next day, the victim then died.
