Minor gang members possess guns?
Police authorities are still looking into the matter if the motive is personal or has it something to do about the rivalry of the gangs Crips and Bloods on the shooting incident at San Jose Street that wounded an alleged Crips member.
According to Dumaguete Police Chief Dionardo Carlos, they have already called the attention of some members of the two gangs for investigation. However, they found out that the alleged suspect is a minor.
Because of this, Supt Carlos expresses concern regarding the possession of fire arm of the minor member of the rival gangs.
However, Col Carlos pointed out that they are not yet sure if the rivalry of the two gangs is the motive of the crime since it is possible that the motive is personal.
Col Carlos again warned the members of the Crips and Bloods who are continuously going against the peace pact that they will be arrested and be given rightful actions if proven to have been doing wrong things.
