POC wants Carlos to stay
Although saddened, the Chairman of the Peace and Order Council in the city of Dumaguete respects the decision of Supt Dionardo Carlos to leave his post here.
According to Fernando Martinez in an interview at DYEM Energy FM Dumaguete Tonight, he is confident that Supt Leopoldo Cabanag will continue the programs started by Supt Dionardo Carlos.
Mrtinez also disclosed that at all times the Peace and Order Council of the City of Dumaguete is always ready to assist in any way to the police force of the city.
