LOCAL MILITANTS MOVING
AGAINST HUMAN SECURITY ACT.
Local militants led by Bayan head Ian Evidente urged that the Supreme Court render a fair and just interpretation of the constitutionality of the new Human Security Act otherwise people will go to the streets again.
On the other hand, moderate groups pressed for its implementation saying that its defects cannot be seen unless the law is implemented. Being in the age of terrorism, it is important that this HSA law be tested in Philippine setting.
Right now , the law is attacked on all sides even prior to its implementation. In fact the law will be launched on today, JULY 20 IN MEANINGFUL rites where victims of bombing, kidnapping, murder and beheadings and their kins will be invted to speak what they feel about the new law.
