First-aiders, lifeguards to serve on St John’s day

Expecting the herds of people going to the beach this coming June 24 as we celebrate Saint John’s Day, to ensure the safety of the public, the Philippine Red Cross-Negros Oriental Chapter will post volunteer first-aiders and life guards in 8 chosen areas along the beaches in the province.
The volunteer first aiders and life guards will be posted from Bacong town to Sibulan which will be of service to the public from ten o ‘clock in the morning until three o ‘clock in the afternoon. Two stations will be located at Cangmating Beach in Sibulan, one each in Agan-an Beach, Silliman Beach, Sta. Monica, Martisan Beach, Bacong Beach and the Tree House, also in Bacong.
