Evidence planted says Baloy’s hubby
The husband of Kaugmaon leader Lourdes Baloy who was the subject of a search warrant issued by Judge Kennedy Duka said that the fire arm and the subversive documents found at their residence is planted.
In an interview over DYEM Energy FM Dumaguete Tonight, Dionisio Baloy disclosed that they were not hiding any fire arm inside their residence. He added that during the day before the search was done in their house, they already noticed somebody secretly checking out their dominion. Dionisio said he and his wife were not around during the raid and they are ready to face any charge which will be raised against them.
On the other hand, Fred Caña, Secretary General of Karapatan in the Negros Island admitted that there are indeed documents inside Lourdes Baloy’s house but these are legal documents and not subversive. Same with Dionisio, Caña assumed that the confiscated materials were planted.
