TELETECH RESUMES OPERATIONS IN DUMAGUETE
Company Re-Opens Site after Temporary Suspension

Dumaguete City, Philippines – July 2, 2008 — TeleTech Holdings, Inc. today announced that normal operations resumed at its location at Calindagan in Dumaguete City at 9:00 p.m. on July 1st, after a two-day temporary suspension of operations.

On June 29th, the company announced that it suspended operations and temporarily evacuated employees from the site as a result of heavy rain and excess water that leaked through the roof of the facility.

During the suspension, TeleTech utilized its seamless and diverse global delivery network to temporarily route the work conducted in the Dumaguete site to other TeleTech locations in the Philippines and around the world.

Employees will begin returning to the site today. The site is expected to return to full staff this weekend.

“I would like to thank all of our employees in Dumaguete and in sites around the world who have worked around the clock to ensure the facility could resume safe operations so quickly,” said Maulik Parekh, general manager of TeleTech Asia.
