Buenafe advises Auxiliary Police
PNP Provincial Director Sr./Supt. Ramon Melvin Buenafe advised all local chief executives in the province to create their own Auxiliary Police in order to increase the meager police force in the province.
According to Buenafe, he is ready to provide proper training to the selected auxiliary police officers.
In a conference at the Kapihan sa PIA, Buenafe disclosed that the police force of the province right now is very insufficient to solve the arising crimes in the province especially that the fight against illegal drugs is given much importance.
Buenafe also requested that the barangay tanods will be hired as candidates for the auxiliary police and asked them to perform their duties appropriately since there are also many complaints raised against them.
