NegOr finalizes Heritage Month activities

The province of Negros Oriental was chosen as the host for the conclusion of the National Heritage Month Celebration this month of May which will be held this May 29 to 31.

The three-day activity was dubbed “Kabilin” wherein most of the activities will be held at the Sidlakang Negros Village. Because of this, the Negros Oriental Organizing Committee has met with the League of Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP). The organizing committee is headed by Carmen Cabrera.

The meeting was also attended by Governor Emilio Macias in order to finalize all the plans of the event.

In the closing of thr National Heritage Month, it is expected that the rich and fruitful history of Negros Oriental will be showcased making it unique from the other provinces.
