Dolphin killed by Shark Found
A 100-kilo decomposing body of a dolphin was spotted along Tanon Strait last Friday.
The dead dolphin was discovered by the crew of the ship M/V Prima Saldy Ewe.
Upon the investigation of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, the evident injuries and bruises all over the body of the dolphin indicate a shark-attack.
The dolphin had severe injuries on its belly and tail resulting to its death.
BFAR discloses the possibility that the dolphin was killed by fishermen.
