Veteran hold-upper arrested
A suspected hold-upper here in the city was nabbed yesterday in a huge department store which is located along Perdices Street.
The alleged veteran hold-upper was identified by PO3 Rosante Maribao of the Dumaguete City Police Station as Jesus Gadiana aka “Apyot”, 22 years old, single and hails in San Jose Extension.
Gadiana is alleged as one of the responsible for the consecutive hold-up incidents here in the city. He has a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Rosendo Bandal of the Regional Trial Court Branch 34. he is facing charges of robbery with violence and intimidation.
In connection to this, the police is urging those who have been victimized by hold-uppers to please come to their office in order to identify the culprit and file additional charges to the suspect.
