World Blood Donor Day set tomorrow
Negros Oriental participates as the World Blood Donor Day will be celebrated tomorrow, June 14. In lieu to this, every eligible person is invited by the Philippine National Red Cross-Negros Oriental Chapter to visit their office and donate blood tomorrow.
Everyone is invited to donate blood which upon doing so, the donor would then be part of the Blood Donor’s Club. This was announced by Louella Bael, local Red Cross Administrator. This year’s theme for the World Blood Donor Day is “Giving Blood Regularly.” This is in line with National Blood Program which aims to give free blood for those who are in need.
