I agree, these kind of gangs need to be controlled or there will be no peace. What I observe, and what I think should be done, differ. In the States the street gangs are a big problem, even with effective large law enforcement agencies. Nipping this activity early, is the only long term solution.

Dumaguete pa rin ako love. Kay naa discipline. Of all the negative inputs siguro i compare ko sa ibang cities and dumaguete pa rin ang love ko. always!

I completely agree with all you've said @ dgtevigilante .Our children,our families and our community do deserve to live peacefully .If our local authorities can't bring down the rising criminalities in this city , then no one should ever question or blame if our few local citizens will risk their own conscience and lives to take the law in their own hands for a desired purpose of peace and safety for our love ones and Dumaguete.

Bitaw Jaz daghana na kaayung mga tawo didto /tricycle sab .Nag breeding /multiply sab ang mga bandido didto,pickpockets ug uban pa.
Maayu unta ug panghingusgan kining mga kriminal ug pu-o gyud.
Ang aku lang ganahan sa dumaguete mas daghan ang amenities like restaurants ,groceries,senihan ,na-ay duha ka lee plaza ug bason Robinsons mall,hospital ,airport or pier .E comparar sa amo gyud sa akung family ,mingawa didto,dili gyud ko mupuyo didto,ok lang kon pipila ka adlaw kay daplin man gyud sa baybayon.

Kon mangita ug yuta perting mahala kon mag agi sa dealer kay pila pa may patung ana nila. Kon strit sa tag-iya gyud ,mas tinuud ang presyo.Mobarato ang yuta labi na ug emergency ang panginahanglan sa tag-iya,na-ay uban kuridas nalang,nuan depende sa location.
