Supt Leopoldo Cabanag, OIC of the Dumaguete City Police, during his speech assured the people that he will continue if not to surpass the performance of Carlos here in the city.

He said that he was challenged by Carlos to stop the crimes here in the city like the presence of illegal drugs, hold-up, snatching and other street crimes. Cabanag then also challenged his subordinates to support him all the time.
