New Sibulan Chief helps
Track Dumaguete’s lawbreakers
The placement of former Dumaguete City intelligence officer Sr/Inspector Errol Garchitorena as the new Sibulan Police Chief has helped a lot on the city of Dumaguete.
According to Supt Dionardo Carlos, Dumaguete City Police Chief, Captain Oscar Tan who was formerly assigned here replaced Garchitorena.
Carlos said that now that Gachitorena is already the Chief of Police of Sibulan it’s already easy to coordinate with the neighboring town especially when there are operations.
He added that it is difficult to track and investigate lawbreakers who gain escape passing to Sibulan town and vice-versa.
