PBB Housemate from Dumaguete asks for assistance
The grandmother of Pinoy Big Brother Teen edition plus participant Rona Marie Sedillo Libby asked for assistance from the Dumaguete City Council in order to help her grand daughter stay in the Big Brother House.
During the regular session yesterday, Rona’s grandmother, who is from Barangay 8, attended the session through ABC President Raul Infante in order to ask for financial assistance in producing streamers that will be posted around so that she will be known all over and that many would be able to vote for her through text votes.
The said request was directed to the Committee Chairman for Tourism in order to increase tourism in the province.
The ABC President however revealed that they were already advised by the Commission on Audit that the release of funds for such purpose is prohibited especially that it is for private purposes. However, an idea from the city council came out to make a contract as donation in supporting Libby so that they would not be questioned by the Commission on Audit.
The very famous television reality show Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition evicts a participant every Saturday to the nominated housemate with the least number of votes.
