20 Police augments Dgte force
Additional 20 on-the-job training police officers have augmented the police force here in Dumaguete City. This was disclosed by Inspector Rogelio Pineda during the Peace Advocates’ meeting yesterday afternoon.
The 20 officers are those formerly requested by Sr/Supt. Augusto Mrquez Jr, Negros Oriental Provincial Police Director, from the Police Regional Office 7.
Inspector Pineda said these officers will be utilized for the random roving patrol in order to eliminate the on going street crimes, particularly robbery, here in the city.
