Wanted Frustrated Murder Suspect falls to authorities
A wanted individual because of frustrated murder complaint was captured by the police authorities of Pamplona town.
Arrested was Richard Rubia, 30 years old and a resident of Cabadiangan, Barangay Calicanan, Pamplona.
Rubia was captured with a warrant of arrest released by Judge Winston Villegas of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 43.
The suspect is currently detained at the Pamplona Police Station and a bail costing to Php 200, 000 is required for his temporary freedom.
