Prudential, ALU-TUCP to sign CBA
The signing of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between Prudential Brokerage and Customs Services Incorporated and ALU-TUCP will take place on the 14th and not the 11th of July. This signing of the CBA will be taken as another point of history in the labor management venture.
About 300 union members and 100 non-union members of Prudential were united to work for good service to port users. This was announced by Atty. Joel Obar, Legal Counsel of Prudential who was interviewed over DYEM Energy FM Dumaguete Tonight. According to Atty. Obar, they are expecting high ranking officials from Prudential and ALU-TUCP coming from Manila to attend the signing of the CBA.
