Solon renounces conflict with Gov
Negros Oriental Second District Representative George Arnaiz assured the public and the media that he and Negros Oriental Governor Emilio Macias II are in good terms in contrast with the insinuations and speculations that they are in a cold war which will eventually break their political partnership especially this coming 2010 elections.
According to Arnaiz, the speculations circulating are the works of the opposition who aims to break their team-up so that they may succeed with their political ambitions.
There were implications that Arnaiz and Macias are not in good terms after the governor and the congressman clash their ideas with the transferring of the Buglasan Festival of Festivals’ celebration date and venue.
Arnaiz disclosed that that they do argue at times but they never end up fighting and the issues resulting to their heated discussions are often for the good sake of their constituents. He added that they will never end up fighting since they have built up a strong relationship in redirecting and developing the province even before.
