NEGROS ORIENTAL THIR DDISTRICT CONG. HENRY PRYDE teves is now recuperating at the st luke hospital after he was one of the three congressmen wounded in the batasan pambansa bomb blast last night. Doctors have pronounced congressman henry pryde teves out of danger.

PNP IS NOW IN FULL RED ALERT IN METRO MANILA following the bomb blastlast night at the south wing of the house of representatives or batasang pambansas building. This is the first time that a bomb exploded in a Philippine legislative building.
