DepEd Supt denies lesser quality of education
Schools Division Superintendent Licerio Napao disagrees with the notion that the quality of education in our country has already declined.
Napao explained that Filipinos are now beaten by foreign nationalities during examinations since it is their language that is used in the examinations.
Because of this, Filipinos would really find a hard time to achieve higher scores than the foreigners, Napao added.
However, Napao also disclosed that the scores attained by Filipinos during examinations would really depend on the situation as he believes that Filipinos are still practicing a high quality of education.
