Prov’l Prosecutor admits delinquency at the HOJ
Negros Oriental Provincial Prosecutor Diosdado Hermosa admitted that there is a possibility that there are personnel in the Hall of Justice who are responsible for the leakage of information regarding the police’ operations against “suertres”.
Prosecutor Hermosa did not deny Provincial Police Director Melvin Buenafe’s allegation regarding the involvement of personnel at the Hall of Justice with the “suertres” financiers in the province.
Hermosa cleared that the persons involved maybe the staff of the judges at the Hall of Justice.
Regarding Supt. Buenafe’s allegation that there are Hall of Justice personnel who gives bet on “suertres”, Hermosa assured that he will issue a memorandum which will remind and warn the employees at the Provincial Prosecutors office.
According to Prosecutor Hermosa, those who will infringe with the memorandum will be given due legal charges.
He is also hopeful that the other offices at the hall of justice will do the same thing.
